About Us:
Fieldin is looking for a Regional Sales Representatives to join our team throughout California’s Central Valley (working out of the Fresno, Bakersfield, Modesto and Chico areas). Founded in 2013, our fast-growing agtech company recently opened a new office in the Fresno area, and is expanding our team to meet the needs of today’s high-value crop market. Our award-winning Field Intelligence platform helps growers manage and optimize pesticide applications, harvest activities and other critical field operations. Using our proprietary sensors and mobile-friendly software, Fieldin’s technology seamlessly connects tractors, machinery and in-field sensors to provide managers with actionable data that improves production, transparency and efficiency in the field.
Requirements:
- Help manage customer accounts within the assigned territory
- Be a company advocate in the field and at tradeshows and events
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings and sales
- Reach out to new prospects to grow business via email, phone calls and meetings
- Provide solutions to meet upcoming grower needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Degree in agriculture, business management or related sales field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role in the agriculture industry
- Self-motivated, team player with a passion to lead and make a difference in the high-value crop industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with territory geography, and the crops that are grown there
- Proficient use of computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce or Hubspot
